I have been involved in Real Estate since 1999. Starting as an assistant to the broker I was tasked in overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring that all documents were processed in a productive and timely manner. I assisted with the training and development of newly hired Real Estate agents regarding their safety Real Estate methods, practices, and programs.
Later, I realized that I could exhibit the qualities to be a Real Estate professional such as: professionalism, integrity, commitment to quality service, effective negotiation skills, and community and market knowledge. I was able to achieve these objectives by educating myself with various classes.
I have always dedicated myself to helping and serving the needs of both, home-owners and buyers in achieving their Real Estate needs. Putting my clients first is the best service one can provide and that is my main objective.
As an experienced and Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant and short sale specialist, I am prepared to guide you and your family through this process if the need should arise.
